“ThermoElectric Modeling and Characterization of Carbon and Silicon Doped Stanene Nanostructures”

  • Modeling and optimization of carbon and silicon doped stanene nanoribbon geometry including the interaction between the host and doped atoms and to calculate the thermal conductivities and phonon density of states (PDOS) of our modeled nanostructures.
  • Investigation on the thermal transport of stanene nanoribbon for different doping concentration and doping patterns with carbon and silicon atoms.
  • Analysis of the temperature and size dependence of the thermal conductivity of doped stanene nanoribbons.
  • Modeling and study of the electronic transport in our proposed carbon and silicon doped stanene nanostructures.

“Equilibrium Molecular Dynamics (MD) Simulation Study of Thermal Conductivity of Graphene Nanoribbon: A Comparative Study on MD Potentials.”

  • Thermal conductivity simulation of Graphene Nanoribbon (GNR) using Equilibrium Molecular Dynamics (EMD) along with a comparative investigation on different MD potential fields as to their impact on GNR thermal conductivity.
