VTA: VLSI Training Academy

VLSI Training Academy also known as VTA, is the professional chip designing academy under United International University. VTA is the first training academy for VLSI and analog IC design in Bangladesh. It aims to develop highly trained professionals. Since its journey it has trained several engineers who have been serving at the top chip designing companies in Bangladesh. Within a short period of time, VTA has achieved great reviews from the chip designing companies. It has caught the local interest of the engineers seeking to work in chip designing.

Under the patronage of UIU and vision from Prof. M. Rezwan Khan, Dr. Raqibul Mostofa, Dr. Md. Iqbal Bahar Chowdhury and Salahuddin Ahmed, VTA was established on early 2016.

With the usage of industry grade software (Cadence), the trainees here are well-equipped to work in the industry once they have completed their training.
