NOTICE: Self- Registration: Spring 2025 Trimester

EEE All Undergraduate students (Existing and New)

Registration Date without fine:  February 18 (Tuesday), February 19 (Wednesday) & February 20 (Thursday), 2025.

Last date for Course Drop: 

March 02, 2025 (Sunday) with 100% adjustable refund

March 09, 2025 (Sunday) with 50% adjustable refund

Classes will start: February 22, 2025 (Saturday)

The students who will be unable to complete their self-registration are advised to come to the program office from 09:30 am to 04:00 pm on above mentioned days.

Please remember:

• For credit transfer /course waiver/ English medium students (obtained ‘B’ grade in English subject in O level exam) /IELTS (obtained score 6.00 in all bands) have to bring their necessary documents (transcript, certificate, course outline, etc.) at the time of registration.
• Each student has to register at least 9 credits hours without capstone project to be eligible for      scholarship/tuition fees waiver       .
• Failed courses should be taken at first.
• Exam routine needs to be checked prior to registration to avoid conflict of exam.
• No section change will be allowed.
• Your taken section will be cancelled if not registered before February 22, 2025.
