Nature of involvement in Research:
1) You need to be involve in a full-time mode, at least 8 hours a day.
2) After initial observation on your seriousness and capability, you can have a formal appointment of Research Assistant (RA)
3) Need to work at least for one year (usually 1.5 to 2 years contract) to stablish your research portfolio.
